RETURNS

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
