Order Processing
- Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped. - Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Please note that delivery typically takes 17 – 20 business days from the date we receive the order.
There are two phases in the delivery process:
- First, the orders are transported in bulk using our truck, so individual tracking numbers are not available at this stage.
- Once the shipment arrives at the international port (FedEx/USPS warehouse), it takes 1–2 days for sorting.
After that, individual tracking numbers will be assigned to each package.
We offer a range of shipping options to ensure you get your package as quickly as possible. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
- Standard International Shipping (8-12 business days)*: Rates are calculated at checkout.
- Expedited International Shipping (5-7 business days)*: Rates are calculated at checkout.

International orders are shipped via DHL/UPS/FedEx Express International, our preferred carrier for global deliveries. We choose DHL/UPS/FedEx Express for its exceptional reliability, real-time tracking, and dedicated customer support, ensuring a smooth and secure shipping experience from start to finish.
*Due to regulations, certain airsoft items or night vision devices may be restricted in specific locations. Please check with local laws before placing an order. Buyer is responsible for ensuring items comply with local laws. Vietactical is not liable for packages delayed, refused, or confiscated by your local customs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Vietactical.com only collects sales tax for orders shipped within the United States, where required by law.
For all international orders, we do not charge any tax at checkout. However, your local customs office may apply additional fees such as import duties, taxes, or customs charges when your order arrives. These charges are not included in your purchase and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Vietactical.com will assist you in resolving any issues related to lost or damaged shipments. If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately so we can guide you through the claims process with the shipping carrier. Be sure to keep all packaging and damaged items for your claim.
